Terms of Service

By accessing or using WaiTrade, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) and capable of entering a binding agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the platform.

WaiTrade is a marketplace for MetaTrader 5 (MT5) trading algorithms and Expert Advisors. The platform provides algorithm discovery, backtest data, AI-generated analysis, a Bot Builder for generating MQL5 source code from user-defined strategy rules, and related tools. WaiTrade does not execute trades, hold funds, or manage brokerage accounts on your behalf — deploying any algorithm to a live or demo trading account is done entirely through your own MetaTrader 5 terminal and broker.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, provide false information at signup, or engage in fraudulent or abusive activity.

Paid plans (Pro, Elite, and Developer/Seller accounts) are billed on a recurring basis through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel. Subscriptions can be canceled at any time from your account settings; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

Plan limits — including the number of algorithms that can be active in your portfolio at once — are enforced as described on the Pricing page and may change with notice.

Algorithms published by third-party developers are the responsibility of the developer who submitted them. WaiTrade reviews submitted backtests for completeness and internal consistency before granting a "Verified" badge, but verification is not a guarantee of future performance, and WaiTrade does not warrant the accuracy, safety, or profitability of any listed algorithm.

Developers retain ownership of their submitted strategy logic and grant WaiTrade a license to host, display, and distribute it to subscribing users through the platform.

Elite-plan users may generate MT5 Expert Advisor source code through Bot Builder based on strategy parameters they provide. You own the code generated from your own inputs. WaiTrade does not review, test, or warrant the trading performance of code generated through Bot Builder — you are responsible for testing any generated EA (including on a demo account) before live deployment.

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell platform data beyond documented API use;
• Upload algorithms with fabricated or materially misleading backtest data;
• Interfere with the platform's operation or attempt unauthorized access to other accounts or admin systems;
• Use the referral or affiliate program in a fraudulent or self-referential manner.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WaiTrade and NRTC LLC are not liable for any trading losses, lost profits, or indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform or any algorithm accessed through it. The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind beyond those that cannot be excluded by law.

We may suspend or terminate access to WaiTrade for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the platform and cancel your subscription at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including limitation of liability and intellectual property) will survive.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of WaiTrade after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
