WaiTrade is a product distributed by NRTC LLC. The WaiTrade name, brand, and all original platform code, design, and content are proprietary to NRTC LLC. WaiTrade is built with the open-source software listed below, used under each package's own license.
1. WaiTrade brand & platform
"WaiTrade", the WaiTrade logo, and the platform's original source code, design system, and content are the property of NRTC LLC. No license is granted to copy, redistribute, or create derivative products from the WaiTrade brand or platform except as expressly permitted (for example, algorithm code you create and own through Bot Builder, per our Terms of Service).
2. Third-party open-source software
WaiTrade is built on the following open-source packages, each used in accordance with its own license. This list reflects the platform's direct runtime dependencies.

3. LGPL notice
The MariaDB Node.js connector is used under the LGPL-2.1-or-later license, unmodified and linked as a standard npm dependency. In accordance with the LGPL, you may obtain, inspect, and replace this component independently of the rest of the application; its source is publicly available at the link above.
