Sellers can submit an algorithm to our acquisition team from the Seller Dashboard, separate from listing it on the marketplace. Our team reviews the technology, documentation, code quality, and available performance data, and may make a purchase offer — submission never guarantees an acquisition or an offer. If an offer is made and you accept it, the acceptance itself doesn't transfer ownership: final acquisition and IP transfer happen through a separately executed legal agreement.
How does Bot Monitoring scale across plans?
Every plan, including Free, can monitor a live bot's real P&L and open positions reported directly from your MT5 terminal. Free is capped at 1 bot with basic data only. Pro tracks up to 3 bots with full detail — drawdown, execution quality, and equity history. What's the code editor on the Pro plan?
A real in-browser code editor with MQL5-style syntax highlighting where you write your own Expert Advisor by hand — no generator involved. It's for traders who already know (or want to learn) MQL5 and want full control, as opposed to Bot Builder's guided wizard. Save your work, download the .mq5, and compile it in MetaEditor like any other EA.
What happens to a downloaded bot if I cancel my subscription?
It stops trading. Every algorithm and Bot Builder EA you download is watermarked with a license key that periodically checks in with WaiTrade. Once your subscription lapses — or an algorithm is removed from your portfolio — the check fails and the EA disables itself, even on an MT5 terminal where it's already running.
Can I use the marketplace without paying?
Yes. The Free plan gives you full marketplace browsing, limited AI analysis, and limited backtesting — you just can't add algorithms to an active portfolio or download their source code until you're on Pro or Elite.
Is there a contract or can I cancel anytime?

What does the AI Quant Researcher actually compute?
Real, structured analysis — not a free-text chatbot. Four report types run against your own bot's actual data: an overfitting check (the same heuristic used in AI Bot Doctor), a performance-deterioration breakdown (calendar-dated when real monitoring history exists, otherwise by curve position — always labeled honestly), a parameter-role explanation grounded in exactly how each input is wired into the code generator, and a real parametric variation generator that produces genuinely different, compilable MQL5 files. There's no backtest engine behind any of this, so nothing here predicts future performance — every report says so.
